These are 2 Terraced houses. Each house is composed by a wide living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for two persons, a bedroom with two separated single beds and one with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with shower. Outside the living room there is a patio, excellent for dining in sunset time after a whole day on the beach. There is also an external shower, washing machine, private parking for two cars.
These villas are located in the residential area called Costa Paradiso which is equipped with, restaurant, hypermarket, bar, newsagent's, chemist's, medical assistance and many lovely shops that are all nearby. There is a sports center for those who wants also play soccer, tennis and other sports. There is also a well equipped Scuba diving center, provided with scuba diving courses for all levels, where you can achieve a scuba diving patent; guided scuba diving even during the night or also filmed with camera or just hiring small boats or life rafts are provided, too.
Costa Paradiso, located at only 35 kilometers from both Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo, stretches on a large area of about 800 acres of uncontaminated beauty. The coast side is full of large rocky slopes of astonishing beauty and is spaced out by a plenty of small sea shores, which can be reached only by boat as well as secluded small bays of rare beauty that are typical of this superb coast landscape as astonishing white stone shore of "Li Cossi" (reachable only through a foot path of about 300 meters). Between Costa Paradiso and Santa Teresa you can find a number of beaches characterized by big waves, perfect for surfing (this place is really close to Bocche di Bonifacio, the straits between Sardinia and Corsica, where the seawaters are always troubled). Santa Teresa Di Gallura, at only 30 min by car, offers a wide choice of beaches: crowded and exclusive, isulated and rocky. At night offers a plenty of little resturants, pubs and shops open till midnight. There is also a market on the street of hand made product that make crazy all the international visitors. In fact Santa Teresa is just in front of France (you can see Corsica from the beach) and this contribute to give to this town a natural international tone.
We suggest other two journeys: Spiaggia La Pelosa in Stintino, a real natural swimming pool (one hour by car) and the islands of La Maddalena (45 minutes driving + ferry from Palau). You will come back later at home, but we can assure you that the experience will be unforgettable!!!
